The "Premier Service" standard lives on through my work and am proud to uphold the ethics Richard maintains in his work too. Repairs & re-strings are available. Why not drop your guitars in on the way to work and I will have them ready for you when you finish?

Back up service for Richards Guitars customers: I personally hand finish all guitars for Richards Guitars customers. All Richards Guitars sold in store are hand finished to your personal specification and you are able to return the guitar in 6 and 12 months for subsequent check and resets as necessary. This service is known as the "premier service". FREE with all in store sales and available online for £25 (due to additional discounts available online).
