| Making A Purchase Purchases can be made by phone, in person or securely online. Your order will be handled by Richard from beginning to end, ensuring you receive the very best service throughout. The only other person who will be in contact with your guitar is Chaz Gordon of Regent Guitar Tech who will be responsible for the quality control, setting the guitar up & wrapping ready for dispatch. |
| Shipping And Handling Delivery is £15 thoughout UK & Western Europe which includes our extensive quality control and set up procedures worth £55. Every guitar purchase includes a strap lock strap worth £15 FREE. |
| Delivery Schedule Deliveries are dispatched using a next working day delivery Courier (Parcel Force). All deliveries are personally arranged to provide you with a suitable, covenient day. |
| Back Orders In the event of an item being out of stock you will be contacted and given the choice of waiting or cancelling your order. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . |
| Credit Card Security In order to provide the most personalised and secure method of payment you have the option to order and have NO credit card details are passed over the internet. In this World of automation businesses would generally prefer the payment to be handled automatically but I am happy to process your payment over the phone. This means that I can use this time to discuss your order, set up details and so on at the same time. If you have any questions at all, these can be answered whilst I am processing your payment. To process your payment I use a a very well regarded company called Netbanx using a system called "Virtual Terminal", the details of which can be found here http://www1.netbanx.com/solutions/payment-setup-options/virtual-terminal.html This payment type is totally secure and your credit card details are never written down or recorded anywhere. If however you are happy to order and place your details online I currently have a gateway set up with Paypal - no Paypal account is required to place the order and you can use your credit/debit card details as normal. |
| Guarantee All items are fully gauranteed for 12 months from purchase date. Any guitar sold with Premier Service will be set up before sale and we will gaurantee the playability of the instrument for 12 months. All premier service guitars sold can be checked over at 6 months and 12 months from sale - simply return the guitar and we will do the rest! (£10 fitting charge will apply to fit new strings). We do not accept responsibility in the case of guitars being mis-treated or adjusted by the owner of the instrument. If you are not entirely satisfied with a delivered product, please notify us immediately and we will arrange to collect for a replacement or refund. Richard personally contacts EVERY customer post sale to ensure they are happy both with the service he has offered and the playability of the guitar received. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |

| Returns Policy All deliveries are covered by your statutary right for a refund if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. If a fault occurs within your warranty period, please contact us so we can arrange the most appropriate cause of action which may include a direct replacement or repair of your goods. We pride ourselves on our customer service and it is our commitment to our customers POST sale that sets us apart from the average online store. We work hard to ensure that every product we deliver arrives in perfect condition and fit for purpose. Please be aware that the customer is liable for any charges incurred in returning goods to Richard's (faulty or otherwise). IF any item is returned for repair in error (IE the goods are found on inspection not to be faulty) we reserve the right to apply a re-delivery charge equal to that of the original delivery charge. Quality Control & Setup (worth £55) Your guitar will be meticulously setup to the very highest of standards - even to your personal specification if you have one. This only occurs once the guitar has been inspected visually for any cosmetic flaws that occur in production instruments. Nobody in the industry cares more about the quality and playability of their guitars - guaranteed. 6 Month & 12 Month Checkup/Reset (worth £25 a visit) Every day my workshop is responsible for checking guitars that have been brought back for their 6 and 12 month checks. During this process my technicians will check the setup, make any adjustments necessary and give the guitar a general overhaul bringing it back to its former glory. This healthcheck sets my service apart from all other retailers in the UK. I believe this service to be unique and am extremely proud to offer it to every customer if they wish to take advantage. |
| Showroom Opening Hours 10am to 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Closed 1pm to 2pm for lunch For Showroom Visitors... I offer a bespoke service and deal with every sale personally. I follow the progress of each sale from beginning to end, personally book deliveries for dispatch and wrap and pack the guitars. I do this to provide a consistent, meticulous level of detail, giving myself the peace of mind that the beautifully setup guitars we generate do not get spoilt in transit. 1 guitar damaged in 3 years of delivering guitars around the World (around 10 a week) is testiment to the quality of my packing (Sad as it sounds I could bore you to death on how to deliver a guitar sucessfully!). This all takes up my time of course. For this reason I DO NOT promote the sale of accessories. My showroom opening hours enable customers to try and test my personal collection of recommended new and used guitars - whilst allowing me time to handle the various aspects of my customer enquiries (in store and online) - and of course deal with customers requiring guitar workshop repairs. I DO NOT sell 3/4 size guitars. It is impossible to provide any level of taylored service at this price point and would feel nervous about supporting these guitars under warranty as they are built to a price. However, I will always be available to offer help and advice. I am here if you want some honest, professional direction. I warmly welcome all guitar enthusiasts to visit me any time! |
