Richards Guitars is about red carpet treatment for all but Premier Service guarantees your guitar plays the way you want it. For our online customers it also guarantees a level of pre delivery service which is second to none.

Premier service can be deselected at point of purchase for those who want to take advantage of every cost saving available. We strongly advise against this as the service cost to you is negligible in relation to the cost incurred to provide you with an instrument that plays to these standards. To put it bluntly - deselecting premier service may save you a few pounds but it saves us more! (no technician to pay - no guitar to reject & return to supplier - no credit notes to chase from suppliers - no customer service manager required to keep you informed of progress - the list goes on!). However, our reputation has not been built on short term cost cutting - instead, opting to invest in every customers instrument in the hope of long term customer loyalty.
