Everything barring the setup is handled by myself (Richard Cholerton).

* I will process your order
* Call you regarding setup criteria (free with all guitars sold)
* Personally inspect your guitar once setup is complete
*Wrap and pack your guitar (I am even proud of my packing - sad but true!!)
*Call you and find out your suitable day for delivery and call you again once the guitar is dispatched
* A follow up call a few days after delivery gives me peace of mind that all is well with the guitar and service received
